2. I LOVE WEIRD AL
I saw him in Plattsburgh NY in the late 80s. It was a great little college show.

5. Yeah, he's still around. I saw him play at the Puyallup Fair
last Fall. He put on a great show. You kind of forget that he's a parody artist, because his show is very professionally mounted. Not to mention hilarious. For his suite of 'Star Wars' parody songs, he had a bunch of stormtroopers, in full regalia, come out and do a dance number along with the songs. If you've never seen stormtroopers tap-dance and do jigs, you just haven't lived!

9. Not a hives fan...
But I did see incubus last night, and it kicked ass; one of the better concerts I've seen in the last couple of years.

11. Peter Paul and Mary still do some touring. Maybe they will come to your
area also. But I think the Kingston Trio is defunct.

12. You are so lucky
I would love to see Simon & Garfunkel. I'd be thrilled just to see Simon by himself. He has been giving great concerts all these years.

Last year we had folks like Jeff Beck, Jackson Browne, BB King, Crosby, Stills and Nash, Nanci Griffith, Los Lobos, Robert Lockwood Jr, Rory Block and others greats stop in to give concerts.

This year we get Jessica Simpson, Brittney Spears and other gagable acts. Luckily Dave Matthews and Bare Naked Ladies are also coming to town, otherwise I wouldn't see a single concert this summer.

:hippie:
