The anatomy portion of the g-spot is true, but it doesn't always produce any sort of effect, which is why a lot of folks think it's a myth. I have at least found the location with most women I have been with, if you want a detailed explaination let me know. It'll probably get this thread locked though!

if you place one or two fingers in the vagina, palm up and make a "come hither" motion you will find it with your finger tips. It feels a bit firmer than the surrounding tissue, roughly quarter sized.

It helps to have long fingers. IMHO the G-spot may be overrated. There are other spots that are more erogenous.
