I'm not sure how much I'm kidding.

I just caught my self literally LOLing at the office. Cow-orkers are staring at me.

I just noticed I'm drinking three-day-old coffee (wrong cup).

I think there's a conspiracy going on with my telephone. I like the display to be up so I can read it sitting down. Somebody keeps putting it down.

I was thinking seriously about wearing my bicycle helmet on the bus (long story).

if it was incongruous laughing not related to any outside stimuli you're getting hebrephrenic.
The telephone thing is just common paranoia.

2. I get a bit of that.

A few years ago I was diagnosed with Generalized Anxiety Disorder (a pretty mild form of it, FWIW), and I have little bouts of paranoia at work (open plan office - the paranoid worker's worst nightmare). There's really no rational way of snapping out of it, other than sitting it out. But yeah, I was worried about people looking on my computer, talking about me, snooping, going through my stuff, the whole shebang.
