Well....not terrible, terrible, but I do feel a little guilty.
I live in a pretty progressive part of Minneapolis (Uptown for those of you who know it) For the most part it's a pretty liberal place. Well last night, my friend and I decided to go to a movie. A few blocks from my house we were stopped at a traffic light when we see this middle aged woman with crazy hair marching (literally) back in forth within a three foot area carrying a hand scribbled sign that says "Catholics Against Kerry" Although I am not a Catholic, my friend was. He is also a huge Kerry supporter. The lady kept staring at me and as soon as the light turned green on a whim I stuck my tongue out at her and flipped her the bird. I can't believe I did that. She just stared at me with this look of disbelief and shook her head.
Now, although she is a crazy, psycho Bush loving old bird, she probably didn't deserve the finger. So I feel a little guilty. But at the same time it felt so damn good!

You did the right thing, if you had old smelly eggs in the car that would have been even better to throw.
Those people are evil, we need to send them a message that we will fight them

5. That's only terrible in one sense. |

She will tell that story to every single person she knows, starting with the line, "Those liberals SAY they're for free speech, but..."
It doesn't reflect well on liberals, no. It's a little childish. :evilfrown:
But on the other hand, she's obviously pretty far out there, so most people already think she's crazy. And it might make her think twice about being an eyesore in a liberal community. Plus, she deserved it.
I'd say your karma balances out. Don't feel guilty anymore. O8)

6. Well, I would say what you did was immature. |

But I can think of worse things that a person can do. If you really get to feeling too guilty you can always atone for your sin by helping to support the Kerry campaign in some way. And the next time you see someone protesting against Kerry, you could always try some civil debate. I would think that this would work alright with just one or a few protesters. I wouldn't try it woth more than a few, though. Really, I wouldn't worry myself too much about Kerry protesters in your neck of the woods anyway. Minnesota is a solidly blue state, isn't it?

she will tell her Cardinal about this and apply for an Indulgence of 500 years (off of the 100,000 years she will spend in Purgatory for supporting Bush...)
