Something just occurred to me re: my recent move and getting laid off. |
|
Edited on Fri Jul-23-04 06:36 PM by NightTrain
When I lived in my last place and still had my job, I frequently woke up screaming from a recurring nightmare. Since I got out of there and since I was laid off, the nightmares have stopped!
Coincidence? You decide!

6. I do believe you're onto something, Amaya! |

My new roommate is a political progressive, as well as a former Connecticut state legislator. And for the first time in my life, I'm living with pets, which occasionally can be a nuisance but for the most part has been a delight!

9. In my former life i was an accountant for the May co. |
|
I really hated that job but it paid really well, i felt trapped by the golden noose. By the time i was 26 i had an ulcer and recurring nightmares, thats when i finally quit, got rid of my expensive car that i never got a chance to drive and in general just started to live within my means. If you don't have your mental and physical health, you have nothing.

12. Reminds me of when I "turned gay" |
|
so to speak.
For years I'd been having screaming nightmares.
My wife never got a decent night's sleep because she was wakened up by my thrashing and screaming.
We separated and I ended up in a gay relationship.
Not a nightmare since.
