Bumper sticker I saw tonight - "A Vet NOT Fonda Kerry" |
|
If he hadn't been an old man I would have shot him the finger. I've never understood the warmongering vet mentality. I mean, one would assume you would never want to send other young men into war to die unless your reasons were rock solid. But then again, I'm not a vet. Or a conservative.
It just makes me think, I guess.

1. It's really hard not to respond to something like that... |

Whenever I see a Bush/Cheney sticker, my first impulse is to flip the bird at the driver or yell, 'Heil Bush!' accompanied by the appropriate salute. It's so hard not to make my displeasure known. How anyone can support these heinous bastards? It's hard to comprehend. But then, who wants to be like the freepers and other brownshirt a-holes who boorishly confront complete strangers just because their ideology differs from theirs? I pray for them instead. (I'm kidding.)

I wonder if they think the same of us sometimes, but I hate to say it but most of them don't think that deep.
I also have an urge that's hard to control to, if I see the car parked, just RIP the goddamned sticker off.

Does it take a lot of deep thinking to shoot someone the finger or yell at them because you disagree with their bumper sticker? Road rage is not the answer.
