My father was 100% Lithuanian. My mother was mostly Irish, whit the rest being Scottish and Alsacian. (Her original ancestors in the country were Hessian soldiers from Alsace-Lorraine who came here to fight for the British during the Revolutionary War, and stayed. Mom tried to join the DAR once, and they wouldn't let her join because her ancestors fought on the wrong side.)
