house. Wow, the view alone is worth millions. You couldn't buy a 1300 square foot fixer upper on a small lot for that price in my town, although I'm not sure about the exchange rate. The median price for a house just topped six hundred thousand here. Why would you want to leave such a gorgeous place?

It was "our" house, and I don't want to keep it for myself. I've been living here for six months alone, and I don't like it. I'd rather take the equity and pay cash for a nice condo with no gardens to maintain, or roof to fix. Mmmm...no mortgage!
