1. Does NAU even HAVE fans? |
|
LOLOLOLOL!
You going to be at the game? I am, usual season ticket seats in the opposite corner from the student section Row 1 or 2, can't remember.
I'm looking forward to this season, maybe Koetter will have gotten over the transition to IA ball and realize that defense is important, too!

3. I am going to try to be there |

I am looking foward to this season too, I believe we have a great shot at winning the Pac-10. Andrew Walter is going to be even better then last season, I think the Sun Devils will have an improved Secondary but they still have to work on the Linebackers and Defensive Line(Damnit, Suggs is gone!)

I lived their for half a year and it was the best place I ever lived, but then I started getting bored. There is usually nothing going on in Flagstaff, so I decided to move back down here. Plus, I can't see my Sun Devils in Flagstaff.

I love the slower pace of life, after having lived 15 years in an overcrowded sea of humanity and traffic.
There is a lot to be said for nothing. But I have already seen one major concert in Sedona the first week here, and with the observatory nearby, I have no reason to be bored.
I don't give enough of a damn about sports - especially college sports - to miss anything. I am happy to catch the very occasional Mariners game on cable, but I never liked the rah-rah we're gonna-pound-yer-face-cuz-yer-school-sucks aura of college sports. I am not a fan of school spirit, and this is coming from someone who has a winning Pac 10 college on his resumé.
But... glad you are happy. I take it you hail from Vermont, which is much farther from here than my place of origin, next door in San Diego.
Good luck to your team. :-)

VermontDem=Howard Dean 2004=I want him as President in 2004.
It's not about sports, but if I would like to go out and do something fun there usually wasn't anything to do. I liked going to Barnes and Nobles and I did talk a walk up Mars Hill in the middle of the night before. There is occasionaly stuff to do, but alot of times I ended up spending my weekends at home. I lived on 4th & Sparrow which was next to a High School out of the way of everything. There was a bus stop there so I could of gone anywhere if I wanted to, the thing is, over here(Mesa) there is so much stuff to do. But Flagstaff is a place I would consider living, I enjoyed it very much. :)
