I just refinished my wood floors.

I'm tired and I smell like Polyurethane. My house is temporarily a wreck. If I never sand anything again, it will be too soon.

1. We did this last year. In time....like a year's time...

you too will feel the sense of accomplishment. But until then, if you're like me, your house will remain a wreck, you won't be able stomach actually putting the refinishing tools away----and you'll still smell like Polyurethane. ;)

3. We had the bottom floor done

last year. Had it done because we did it ourselves once in another house! It is a very rewarding job though.
