9. Well, I'm grilling, but not "firing up" the grill. . . I'm stuck with. . .

a Foreman grill :).

But I'm doing a beef rib-eye steak marinaded in a red-wine marinade.

I've got some zucchini and yellow squash marinading in a balsamic/garlic vinaigrette right now, and a salad with various greens and a rasberry vinaigrette on the side.

I'm being lazy this time. Both are totally organic though, one from Trader Joes (the garlic/balsamic) and one from Whole Foods (the raspbery).

If I had a recipe I'd be happy to share though :).
