11. It's NOT a hoax!
And you can read about it right here: http://bonsaikitten.chaos.org/bkintro.html

They also report on a device that allows kittens to live forever.

This isn't some hoax. It's real science!

Of course it's real ... I saw it on the Internet!

12. Smallest DOMESTIC cat is what they should say
Edited on Tue Jul-27-04 01:07 AM by Jen6
the smallest cat is India's rusty spotted cat, with an average weight of 2.2 pounds!

My late beloved Peewee was only about 4 pounds for much of his life. Little guy was a runt that I had to bottle feed because mom rejected him. He was such a love!

On edit: another site says the black-footed cat of Africa is smallest, with an average weight of 1.4 pounds!

14. I wonder if this trait is hereditary
And if so, could this cat be used as breeding stock for a new breed of mini-cat? This would be unbelievably popular, I would think. I'm just thinking how many times my mom would always say "I wish they could just stay this small forever" about our kittens.

It is incredibly adorable :-)
