"Sexercise" Latest Excercise Craze

AS Tanya Neilsen dresses for the latest exercise fad, she will slip on a pair of 10cm high heels.

"It's the next Pilates," says Neilsen, an actor and pole-dancing teacher at Bodywize, in Brisbane's inner-city Teneriffe.

The luxurious women's health club opened in partnership with local sports fashion designer Lorna Jane three weeks ago.

The club's five poles have been getting a workout, thanks to pole-dancing's growing popularity.
