Super W rides again!

Notice the steep hills, the rugged terrain, the grueling pace. Super W rides again, in his all American bike helmet, wrap around goggles, toe clips and mouth guard.

"He takes on dangerous sections that would give veterans pause. He keeps a cramp-inducing pace on long uphill sections, panting hard, emitting low "hrrr, hrrr, hrrr" grunts with each stroke of the pedals, his shoulders bobbing up and down."

Oh, what a man!

6. Not being a mountain biker...
is it common for you mountain bikers to use toe clips?

I know road cyclists use them if they're not running something like the Look system, but toeclips just seem a bit dangerous on rough terrain--especially the terrain Dubya purportedly likes.

7. Bush exercising is not a pretty sight

From "Runner's World" (Bush at the "Fun Run"):

"During the second mile . . . the pace and the heat begin to take their toll. . . . His shirt is plastered to his chest with sweat, he's gasping for air, and he's spitting and belching the way anyone might in an all-out race." Bush completes the second mile more slowly than the first -- and with one mile to go, he's not looking good. "It's clear the President is laboring. I'm wondering if he's going to fall apart in the last mile--a hazard of going out too fast."
