7. A blood moon occurs when there is a lunar eclipse..
....& is very rare... sometimes you might get one that looks like a blood moon when it is low in the sky and you have lots of pollution and/or dust in the atmosphere. I don't know what a harvest moon is...

8. Friday's Full Moon is a Blue Moon
2nd full moon in one month.

Dont' know about this blood moon thing. That happens sometimes here in SoCal when we have smoke in the air from fires...
