Does anyone have experience using Vonage internet phone service?

1. I have had it for about 15 months...

pretty satisfied. Every now and then, my cable goes out, but they cut calls over to my cell phone. Have never had a "Vonage" service problem.

2. I've had it for about 6 months

initially, the voice quality sucked, but after I upgraded my cable high speed internet speed to maximum (3 Mbps), the quality improved. My only complaint is that you can have only one phone in the house, instead of multiple phones in other rooms.

3. Not true...

I have three extensions tied in.
If you plug the phone output cord into your house phone jack, it will make all the other jacks in the house "vonage" jacks. Just make sure that you disconnect the old incoming line from the phone company where it connects to the house jack wiring.
