my manager at work basically treats me like a pariah for the last year since her little boy favorite carried out a personal vendetta against me. Instead of solving it she schedules me to work when her boy doesn't work. In other words, I get the seconds on the shift. Now tonight with the big bosses all coming in she wants me to do her a favor in work a couple of extra hours tonight. I politely as possible said no. I should have told her to get her little boy to work for her Isn' a year a long time for management to allow something to hang in the air. Why should anyone expect a favor from me? Haven't had a good rant and rave for a while take care tony and dietrich

Avoiding a problem instead of solving. Just doesn't work. Amazing how many middle-managers keep going along like that.
I'm curious about the nature of the vendetta.
