I just watched about 5 hours of the convention on C-SPAN... it was a wonderful experience. Good speakers and not-so-good. Exciting times and ho-hum moments. --- But all in all, I was inspired and energized throughout, especially after listening to John Edwards' speech.

Then... what was I thinking? After Edwards finished speaking, I switched to CNN just to see what was going on over there. Who do I see but RALPH REED... face time, face time, face time. WHAT THE FUCK IS THIS... the "Ralph Reed Show"???

And there's Wolf Blitzer, lobbing him softball questions as though he's been taking interview lessons from Larry King. The dipshits!

We need some attack dogs to chew through a few of these newscasters asses on the air.

Ralph Nader did it a few nights ago to Bill O'Leilly and Bill was visibly pissed but also it was fun to see the bastard trumped by Nader. That was on Monday night, but I have not seen Nader on any show since. So they can blacklist people and that is unfortunate. This country needs a fresh wind to blow away the stench and corrupt foul stink of the right wing/neo con fascists that have taken over this country. It really is beginning to smell like death. Let's bulldoze the bastards out of power on November 2, okay.

Then we get the likes of phonies like Ralph Reed whose artificial contact lens make his eyes look like Data from Star Trek, yikes I can't stand watching or listening to these sleaze bags. I turn them off and get my feedback right here on DU. Don't be so hard on yourself, by exposing yourself periodically to the evil that lurks on cable news, as long as you don't allow it to draw you in and loose yourself, it will make you stronger as a seeker of truth. We are beginning to understand the ways of the dark-side.
