Is the Wyclef Jean song "If I Was President" a track on a CD of his?

(Sorry if this is a stupid question.)

I've looked but I don't think it is a track from a CD--if it is I'll go buy the CD.

I'm scared to death to download it from 'net, if it is available.

Any suggestions on how to acquire a copy?

cause i too was looking for it; the only version i have is live, so its possible that he hasnt done a studio recording yet

as far as i know:) If they arrested everyone who downloaded an mp3, the entire student body of every university in america would be in prison
