I am done with my nursing prerequisites!!!
Tonight I took my microbiology final (intense Hellish Summer concentrated course, but I think I did well) and all I have left is my 5 semesters of clinical work now which will be 1-2 days a week when it starts, which I'm unfortunately (barring a miracle) wait-listed to start until Fall 2005. So it's job time. I need money. My own money. NOW!!!
There's a couple things I've applied to so far and more to come I'd expect. I need a little luck right now because life hasn't been a bed of roses these days. I don't want to have to teach preschoolers again though or I'll go . It's time for something to go right in my life I think and I could use a little luck.

1. Ack. I have that coming up.
I have one more semester of A&P and then a semester of micro. No intense summer courses for me. I am 206 on the wait list for spring 2005 and they take 70-80 per semester so it will be awhile. Thankfully I have a job in the meantime.

4. I'm #69 in the lottery for the program!
Kid you not. I'm right on the line of how many people they take. If a few people end up dropping out of the program in the next couple weeks, I still have a shot, but not likely.

5. Good luck!
It's fun (sometimes). With your brains, you'll do wonderfully.

8. Well, if you're sick and in the Hartford area...
in another year or two you might.
Actually, I doubt most of my sponge baths will involved good looking men like you, but old, stinky ones. I want to either work in women's health or mental health, so certain icky aspects of my clinical work, I'm not looking forward to, but sometimes you gotta do whatcha gotta do and do it with a smile.

12. After last night, it's bad...
Hopefully, separate bedrooms, opposite shifts, and money needed for legal stuff will come soon and be enough until I'm done with school and making the big bucks. I go around feeling like a terrible person all the time, but I've tried to feel something for over 6 years now that I haven't felt. I take this all very seriously, but I don't know what else to do. I'm exhausted. We both deserve more. When being alone is better than being with someone else, you know it's time.
