You'll BELIEVE a fat man can fly!

Well...I TOLD you I felt good tonight!

Fourteen-and-a-half miles in one hour, two minutes.

The last 5 miles was excellent pavement and I hit the town limits sign doin' 21...

And The SPEECH was awesome!

as an ex-avid cyclist, I know that's pretty good.

And that speech was wonderful. I'm in a good mood despite the fact that my hubby is hundreds of miles away right now. I just wish I had him to enjoy it with.
