Who gave the best speech of the Convention?

When you start your speech with a salute, and then tell everyone you are reporting for duty, the audience is glad they bought the ticket ans strapped themselves in!

2. Unqestionably John Kerry.

He gave the speech of his life, the speech we desperately needed him to give, the speech that will sweep him into the White House.

3. Kerry, and it's the only speech that will matter

Obama will move onto better things and his speech will be the past (Clinton's awful '88 speech did not affect his career). Clinton had a great speech, but he's no longer a contender. Sharpton had a great speech, but it all takes a back seat to the next Sresident of the United States.

7. I actually liked Edwards

I could tell by the passionate way in which he spoke that he honestly does care a lot about the poor/middle class (working class). I really liked that.

Kerrys speech covered everything.......but i think Obamas was
riviting..................it brought tears to my eyes.

9. Clark.

Yes, I'm biased. But I still think that when the behind-the-scenes story of Kerry's campaign is written, many years from now, it will be said that Kerry's people studied Clark's stump speeches and appearences, and that Kerry learned the moves.

I think Kerry gave a fantastic speech tonight, but I also think Clark did as well, and I think Kerry learned his moves from Clark.

10. I have to change my vote

Up until this morning I hadn't heard Sharpton's speech. I honestly think that is the most powerful speech I have heard in my life. I could be my favorite convention speech of all time.
