5. My favorite recipie w/ horseradish |
|
Take a TALL shotglass (the kind that holds at least 3 oz). Put in a couple teaspoons of red cocktail sauce, a fresh oyster, top with a half teaspoon of fresh horseradish and fill to the top with frozen, high-quality vodka (Chopin, Grey Goose, Vox, etc).
It'll cure whatever ails you.
Cheers!

always with roast beef. :-)
I guess I'm just thinking of my usual Sunday roast, down the pub with a few friends and a couple of pints.

Roastbeef without horseradish is like pan-seared tuna without wasabi. (God am I hungry!)

20. I've come to appreciate horseradish cheese |
|
The cheese helps mellow out the horseradish taste and the flavors go pretty well together. I now don't dread tasting it when we make it like I used to.
