Question about the Simpsons - trying to remember a specific show point

I was sitting at work and the Worst Name Ever thread in the DU Lounge brought a Simpons episode to mind.

Homer is at Moe's and for some reason has to come up with a fake name. When prodded he gives a name that Moe then proceeds to dismiss as the stupidest or worst name ever.

At that point, a patron at the bar all of sudden looks up, starts sobbing and runs out of the bar in tears. Barney then yells after the patron calling him the same name Homer had just made up.

I"m busting my brain but I can't remember the name -

It's something along the line of Billy Bob Jo-Jo Jr. Shabadoo.

Does anyone remember the episode and the exact name that Homer came up with?

Don't remember the episode name, but Homer was discussing a problem with Moe. Said it was the problem of a friend of his.

Moe says, "Who?"

Homer, on the spot, makes up the name "Joey Jo-Jo Junior Shoobadoo".

"Joey Jo-Jo Junior Shoobadoo?" says Moe. "That's the dumbest name I ever heard!"

A man then jumps up from his barstool and runs out the door, sobbing. Barney calls after him: "Hey! Joey Jo-Jo!!!"
