Graphic Novels
Graphic novels: What's your favorite? DC or Marvel? Other?

I prefer the Neil Gaiman's Sandman series, wich is published by Dc Comics.

1. I kind of like the DC ones
The ones that re-do the origins or have weird future stories that don't really exist in the characters' continuity. Like the one that had the Waynes find Kal-El and raise him as their son, Bruce. His parents were still killed, and he became a super-powered Batman. I think when one of their comics had an issue like that, it was called "Elseworlds." Another one had the Batman story intermingled with the story for "Citizen Kane." Wacky stuff like that.

The Kingdome Come comics were great as well. The epilogue that had Superman, Wonder Woman, and Bruce Wayne meeting in a superhero-themed restaurant to discuss what was going on in their lives after they had all saved the world was classic. An aged Bruce Wayne was able to sneak up on Clark Kent, which pissed him off, and he said, "There you are. You snuck up on me. Me! How do you do that?"

5. Didn't care for The Watchmen
Although the story was interesting, I found the art to be aggravating to me.

6. Is there any single
collection of Sandman titles? I've looked in a few bookstores and can't find one. I'm really interested in reading them, but there seem to be a ton of them and I have no idea what order to read them in. Thanks.

BTW... I'm still in awe of "Maus".
