You can buy the tails to make it but they're farm grown or Chinese imports (good but not great).
Hey, why not visit New Orleans now? It's very hot and humid but a lot of folks are gone for the Summer - the Quarter isn't so crowded. We musicians could use some tourists about now...

- it's about 40 degrees warmer outside my bedroom. And wouldn't you know it, the AC broke in my car last week! Now that I'm out of school for the rest of the Summer I can go back to riding my bike... after 5 pm.
