Homeland Security was reviewing some threats and it looks like, based on intelligence from the early 1860's, forces in the South are preparing to attack Fort Sumter.

7. American, British cruise ships on heightened alert.

The Office of Homeland Security today increased the threat level to orange for Atlantic-faring cruise ships, particularly those traveling between the United States and Britain.

Newly reviewed documents from the 1915 archives of the United States' Office of Naval Intelligence and the War Department G-2 division indicate that an attack on luxury liners by German U-Boats may be imminent.

While Secretary Tom Ridge was careful to highlight the non-specific nature of the intelligence, other sources within the OHS believe that the cruise ship Lusitania may be specifically targetted.
