Actually, I've bought two WDNs in my life.

1) Had a photo on the front of a hillbilly with two tongues hanging out of his mouth, and it said, "Man with two tongues speaks two different languages at the same time." (bought it to put on my office wall for a kick).

2) Photo of Dick Cheney on the front with his chest open, with wires protruding. Caption said something like, "Truth revealed! Dick Cheney is a robot!"

I only bought them for the gag effect. I am sure, though, that some people buy, read, and actually believe that shit!.

I'm ashamed to admit, but I was a reader for about six months. I noticed that they started running the same stories verbatim, but still called it late breaking news.
