Has anyone seen that lame W bumper sticker? |
|
On our vacation last week, my hubby and I counted many, many John Kerry bumper stickers.:toast: We looked for * ones, but over a period of several days, and several hundred freeway miles, we only saw two brave souls who were willing to proclaim their love for *.
At least we thought they were proclaiming their love for *. It was kind of hard to tell. The bumper sticker in question was small, and square in shape instead of rectangular. It did not say *'s name. It had a capital W, and I think, "four more years" in small print. It did not say *'s name anywhere. Are the freepers this ashamed of their candidate? They should be. When his base is embarrassed to admit they're his supporters, chimpy's in deep doo-doo!

2. that's as lame as the oval W '04 sticker. |
|
if i wasn't politically savvy, I'd have no friggin clue what it meant. it looks a lot like the oval stickers with abbreviations for vacation spots: like OBX, HI, HH, etc.

And of course the oval sticker and the plain one were on the truck. I've seen more Kerry stickers than Bush stickers, which isn't suprising even though this is repug territory. Of course this town is full of rich WASPs, who aren't exactly willing to put bumper stickers on their cars.

9. Square & black? The ones I've seen, the fine print reads "THE PRESIDENT." |
|
I also saw "Kerry/Edwards: A Two-Word Joke"
"Our" bumper stickers and "theirs:" typical of presidential elections.

either. And I look on every car. You are right. No one is proud of their guy. On footnote: Plenty of Kerry cars. (I am in Tennessee)

here in Las Cruces, NM...Fancy pickup, not broken down pickup...
I donated to the Kerry campaign just before 7/29...I wonder if they're sending out bumper stickers like they were at one time???

16. We've donated to Kerry |
|
every month, but we never got a bumper sticker for donating. I've heard that some people did. We had to go to his website and request a free bumper sticker. I think you can still do it. The only thing is it takes several weeks for it to get to you. So if you need one, request it ASAP!!!:D

yesterday.
It says, My heroes have always been cowboys underneath that is a picture of Bush in a cowboy hat.
It was very hard to drive behind that jackass. An ole Cherokee jeep with a white guy driver.

but this is Pittsburgh.. very Dem. I have seen many Kerry stickers. I did see one Bush/Cheney sticker and a "liberals suck" sticker. That was pretty disturbing and in the most liberal part of the city! Driven by a long-haired rocker type. That was really weird.

22. Do what Carville suggests... |
|
While reading it in bed, I scared the hell out of my wife when I began laughing out loud.
In his book, "Had Enough?", Carville suggests that you pull up next to one of these cars and motion the driver to roll down the window. When they do, say to them, "Hey, somebody slapped a Bush sticker on your car. I just thought you ought to know." He concedes that it won't make a difference, but you'll feel better...
