4. That's the best typed William Shatner impression I've ever seen |
|
Too bad you can't also type a ripped shirt and a double-handed karate chop.

He's worn a toupee since 1975... usually looked good in them, though in certain Trek movies you can tell where the seam is. :-) But it shows he's realizing the darker aspects of life... he's got to be in his early-70s by now. :wow:
Yes, he's a hammy actor. But I LOVE ham. It's better than being stolid or stoic.

9. He's had a toupee before TOS even started. |

Shatner needed to have the studio make him a toupee for the crown of his head. I read this in the book "Inside Star Trek" by Herbert F. Solow, Star Trek's co-producer, and Robert H. Justman, the executive in charge of production on the series.

7. Hey, I just listened to some of this. It's actually pretty good!! |
|
He's even got people like Ben Folds, Henry Rollins, and Aimee Mann watching his back!
The whole histrionic-spoken-word stuff was funny as hell but was getting a little old. I think this is a great use of his talents.
Love him, hate him, or laugh at him...you gotta hand it to Shatner. The guy is constantly coming up with new ways to supercharge his career.
