I am a former swim team swimmer and I was such a stubborn little bastard, I refused to wear a speedo even if it sped me up.

They are so much more my type.

My husband was getting all excited about the women athletes patting each other on the butt. He'd never noticed women doing that before. I asked him if he hadn't notice male football players, etc. doing that for ages, he had to admit that that wasn't near as exciting as girls.

Just as an aside I love volleyball, any kind, but mixing volleyball with these suits is too much.

Not to name drop but I played intra-mural volleyball with Mark Spitz at Indiana University before he won his medals. Was a great time and a great diversion from class and anti-war protests
