This diving commentator is amazing

I've heard her before - I don't know her name. I was telling my bf about her the other day.

She watches a dive that takes about a second and a half. There are TWO people diving simultaneously right now. The dive goes by... WHOOSH!

She then proceeds to give an in-depth analysis of every little movement they made, and on instant replay, she's entirely right.

How do you SEE so much so quickly?

1. I wonder the same thing about figure skating commentators

and being able to tell the difference between a triple/double whatever.

2. yeah but

the guy who is doing commentary on the sailboat racing sounds like one of those boring NPR story deals. The racing is great but the guy is boring me so bad I wanna drown myself.
