7. Stir fried cauliflower and tomatoes
In a pan with oil stir fry some mustard seed and dried red pepper

Add a thin sliced small onion, garlic and ginger.

Break up the cauliflower into tiny florets and slice the tomatoes into thick slices. Add the cauliflower and fry until tender, about 10-15 minutes - add the tomatoes and fry until they start to incorporate.

11. There is only one choice
Steamed Brocolli. It adds color to the plate and it goes with the cheese.

19. That's blasphemy
You can't have something that healthy when you're eating fried chicken and mac n chz. Fried okra, collards or grean beans cooked with bacon-are the only way to go!

22. Fried okra (with a cornmeal coating, of course)
And slice up some fresh tomatoes, cucumber & sweet onion into a nice vinegary dressing.

Lashings of iced tea.

I'm not sure what kind of pie should follow, but it should be topped with a scoop of Blue Bell Home Made Vanilla ice cream.
