Cat adorers: Does anyone use the Litter Locker? |
I have one, and it seems like a good idea, but it's very hard to turn after I've put several scoops in because the litter starts to jam up the works. What am I doing wrong?

2. i use one and love it. |
my instructions said that when it gets difficult to turn it is time to dispose of what is in there and start again.
i have had a problem finding refills lately. it looks like target doesn't carry the locker or the refills. i found two refills at petsmart and bought both.

3. I've wasted two refills (which I got at Petco) |
I had to pull out two of them, and there was probably at least 10 feet of bag left. I hated tossing them, but at that point it was necessary. I put my last refill in tonight. I figure I'll just put in a bit of litter, then turn, then a bit more, then turn, etc. It does stop the smell better than just throwing used litter in newspaper and tossing it in the trash. Thanks for your comment!
