Beast Man's College Memories: the "Black Diamond" Story

For some goshforsaken reason, I'm listening to Kiss and reminiscing fondly of my college days. There was this kid in the dorm room across from me named Tom who I think had some issues. In the first week of classes alone, he got written up twice for running around unescorted on the women's floors, but I digress. One of the first stories he went down in legend as the "Black Diamond Story."
Back in 1974, Tom's parents went to some club in New Jersey called A Joint in the Woods to see Kiss perform. Apparently, the last song they did was "Black Diamond." Then they came home that night and concieved Tom. After he told me that story, I showed him the door.
My question is, what the fuck kind of badge of honor is that? Your folks knocked you up after a Kiss concert? And why would you tell him that?
As a footnote to this tale, one day his parents came to visit him, so I cranked "Black Diamond" on the stereo :evilgrin:
