My physical therapist is trying to kill me. |
I have a bulging disk in my neck, I've done steroids and happy pills, now I'm doing PT. I cannot move my arms, and the weird thing is my legs are also very sore. She never went anywhere near my legs! She's putting some sort of hoodoo on me or something, I just know it.

1. Get your thoracic spine checked out |
A bulging disc in your neck would not affect your legs but a bulging disc in your thoracic spine could affect your arms and legs..also you need to let her know when she is causing you pain AND when you do exercises only do them to the point of pain but not beyond....gently.

3. The disk that's causing the problem is the C-7. |
I've done an MRI, and an EMG (they poke needles in you). The PT is actually very gentle and relaxing when she's pummeling me, it's afterward that I get so sore!

4. C-7 - That's tough to treat |
Fortunately, you should start to feel better soon. I've had neck trouble since I was 15 and was in an accident. Thank the gods for Flexeril (sp?) or I don't know how I would have lived through the latest flare-up.
Good luck to you!

5. I just took a Flexaril. They do work well at relaxing muscles. |
I had to quit taking the Darvocet because it was keeping me awake at night. I think this problem stems from a long-ago car accident, too. Thanks for the hug!

levels CAN get irritated...so it may just be temporary..but make sure she knows of the sypmtoms.
