But that'd be the kicker, fear of house burning down THEN we have a major earthquake.
But I'm in Salt Lake City, so I'm not sure it'd be felt here.

Which is odd because the whole city sits on a very active faul (Wasatch Fault). We're due for a major quake (7.0+) and when it hits, it aint gonna be pretty. :(
I just hope I'm long gone before that happens.
