Take a look at this pic from Arizona: This is why I hate Nader
Edited on Fri Sep-03-04 09:57 PM by noahmijo

I'm in Tucson, I know how Republicans and Progressives dress and look out here in Az for the most part.

If these two are anything but Republicans bent on helping Nader take votes from Kerry then I'm from Jamacia.

How are you mon?

PS to the dopeys on the bike. You look like a couple of preppie posers. Motorcyclists do NOT wear freakin tennis shoes and shorts, or platform shoes.

2. Anti Nader?
There are enough valid reasons to back Kerry without wondering about well dressed motorcyclists with Nader stickers. Let's stay focused.

3. I am focused but after awhile I need to laugh
otherwise my focus will turn into insanity and it won't do anybody any good to have me go insane.

4. Hey, look on the bright side, noahmijo.
If they lay the bike down going anything over 35 miles an hour, they'll still be in traction on election day and won't be able to vote for the Dim Son like they originally planned! Dorks who don't dress to ride a motorcycle are asking for it, and the single most idiotic thing I've ever seen on a motorcycle pilot or passenger is sandals!

5. ughhhhhh I know!
I'm not sayin you gotta be all clad in leather or anything like that, but at the bare minimum jeans, and some kind of boots, and a helmet. That's it.

I can't seeing fake motorcyclists and they are extremely common out here.

8. They're extremely common in Ohio, actually.
Yeah, I cringe when I see somebody on a bike with anything short of high-top hiking boots, long sleeves and a helmet. I've seen several people get banged up, and know a couple who were killed even wearing the proper equipment.

I had a friend who used a little 650 bike to go the five miles to where he worked and home every day, about 20 years ago. He was doing farm work, he'd been wearing his hobnail boots -- they hit him mid-calf -- to work in and for riding to and from, then he'd change into his tennis shoes once he got on the other end. He was caught in a sudden rainstorm one day, though, and kicked the boots off instead of rinsing them, because they were muddy. He put on his low-top Nikes and got on the bike to ride five miles home.

A drunk driver hit him side-on at about 45 mph halfway between work and home.

Though he survived the injuries without an amputation, the accident seemed to suck a lot of life out of him for a guy of 23. As far as I'm concerned, in many ways he never really recovered.

6. Nader was officially put on the ballot in Michigan today... however...
even though last election he took votes from Gore... I really think this time he will take votes from *. My dyed in the wool Repug Father-in-Law stated a few weeks ago that he couldn't vote for * this time...but was at a loss because he just CAN'T vote for a Democrat.

So I told my wife to tell him to vote for Nader (if he gets on the Michigan ballot) in a protest vote....he said he might just do that...hehehe... one less vote for * is a vote for Kerry.

And I have to say... if my Father in Law is disgusted by * ... there are a lot of senior citizens out there that feel the same way...

7. A BMW motorcycle!
Somehow, an expensive foreign made motorcycle popular with folks who have lots of disposable income does not jibe with Naderism.

Too funny!

Yuppie scum. I had a Beemer when Beemers were "funny-looking", and rich boys were still driving TC-3's and E-types
