Is it common to start feeling :tinfoilhat:
once you get addicted to DU? I've sent money to DU, Dems, subscribe to truthout, moveon, etc. and now when my phone cuts out momentarily, I start thinking...hmm is Asscraft listening in?

I'm mostly not serious, but do you ever think we might be on someone's "list"?

1. Sorry, but no.
After my "awakening" (aka finally jumping off the fence), I did feel an initial shock taking in all this new info. If anything, I no longer feel alone in my convictions.

2. On somebody's list? Oh, you can count on it.
Wear that knowledge like a badge of honor. To be an enemy of the junta is to be a patriotic American!

Ever google any of the screen names you use on discussion boards? It's an education ;) There are a lot of people out there who think they need to watch everybody else. And then, there is Agent Mike...

Speaking of him, Hi Agent Mike! Haven't forgotten about you even if I do fail to take the time to say howdy. :hi:

on "someone's list", you can count on it. However, you're in some very fine company here and if we're all taken to Gitmo for "re-education" we'll have a grand time together!!

5. These days, EVERYONE is on someone's "list".
:tinfoilhat:

I am mostly joking, too, but I do think that if you actively support and contribute to certain causes, someone, somewhere, could be taking note and saving it for future reference. I had a job like that once - every little mistake ever made by an employee was brought up if the employee was called into a "disciplinary meeting" for whatever reason, be it a critical error or minor oversight. If that can happen in a company, I don't see why the government (especially THIS government) would be any different, since it is overwhelmingly pro-business and run by the same people who control the major businesses in America (and the world).

Please feel free to correct me if you think I'm talkin' outta my ass - I'm still new here and I'm spending a lot of time reading and learning about the vile ways of the *ush corpocracy in other DU forums, and I am not NEARLY as well informed yet as the majority of DUers!

9. Judging from the CD and DVD collections of some of the DUers
if we DO get taken to an undisclosed location...we will have good tunes, good conversation and good movies. I recal that some DUers are good cooks as well.

Try to keep their heads spinning!
