3. Lay down on the ground... |
|
in the kitchen with a rope tied to the fridge handle...I close my eyes and count to three then YANK. If all goes well my back gets cracked and the door handle doesn't puncture my pelvis again.

4. I have trained monkey that does that. |

Before the Buxh tax cut, I had to spend a quarter on the "Roy Rogers" ride at Wal-Mart. Much to my embarassment.

Lie down on your back, and cross your right leg over the left one. Then grab your right foot, and slowly pull it as far as you can toward your left hip. It's an upward and left motion, and really gives a good stretch. Then do the reverse- left leg crossed over the right, and pull. On the other hand, you could go and see a chiropractor afterall. Might be easier.

and stretch my arms and legs out to make a little traction on the spine. then do leg lifts.
also I lay on my back and my daughter lies across my chest, she thinks she is getting a hug and a cuddle and her wight usually cracks my back right into shape. She weighs about sixty five pounds.

9. that sounds like a good stretch |
|
I'll have to try that one. Another good stretch is, you get on your hands and knees like a cat. And you alternately raise and lower your back, as if you were a cat. Also I've done some yoga stretches that were really powerful, they have video's that go through the different stretches.

My drivers seat in my Saturn SL1 is very effective for this. I simply put both hands on the steering wheel, brace my arms and press my back firmly against the back of the seat. I can get a number of the vertebrae to crack most of the time.
On my bed I will twist my hips/legs over to crack my lower back, one side to the other.
And at my weekend job there is an ottoman I use. I sit right on the edge then bend backwards over it. I stay that way for a few seconds and usually get my whole spine to crack eventually.
