Some friends and I were trying to think of a catch-phrase for bush*, since the BFEE camp has already saddled Kerry with "flip-flopper." Someone came out with this phrase, and it was interesting that some knew it, some had a variant, and some had never heard it at all.

How many DUers are familiar with it? I'd be interested to know where you learned it (like, what state you were living in during elementary school). Also, if you have an interesting variant, please share it!
