I received a Freeper phone call Saturday Morning. |
|
The coward had his phone number blocked on caller ID. He did not appreciate my leter to the editor on saturday where I skewered Bush on 1.8 million lost jobs, 1.3 million more living in poverty-700,000 of them children. I closed quoting bush spokesperson explaining Bush as one who thinks of America as a ten year-old child needing protection. I coountered that by his actions, Bush truly does not care that this ten year-old child (America)does not make it to eleven years-old. It said that if any one of us performed our jobs like bush has his, we'd be summarily fired for poor job performance. I encouraged Americans to "fire"George on November 2nd.
Freeper did not like the letter and called me at 6:40 a.m. Saturday to tell me I was wrong and Bush would win in a landslide. And that I'd better stop writing such stuff in the paper!
Chickenshit. he is really brave to make threats on a phone that won't reveal his phone number.

1. Call the phone company. |
|
That last part is, legally speaking, assault. He made a veiled threat that you had better stop speaking out your views. Though he blocked your caller ID, the phone company can find out who did it if a law was broken.

2. Call Block is a wonderful thing |
|
it forces people to unblock their lines in order to call you. Therefore you have a name and number instead of "Private Call" or "Blocked". It's worth the few bucks a month.
