4. Take the pain reliever of your choice with coffee or soda.
The caffiene will help speed the pain reliever to work faster. Promise!

8. Believe me, it works.
That's why they put caffiene into Excedrin, for example.

I get headaches all the time at work from staring at the computer screen. That works like a charm every time.

By the way, I also had to have my glasses prescription redone. If you wear glasses maybe you need new ones?

9. Yes
I try to take a computer break regularly to rest my eyes. I think it's a combination of reading too long, and sinus problems. Err.

12. Caffiene, nicotene....
and others will cause the blood cell to dialate making it easier to pass through your brain.

14. Caffeine can relax blood vessels

thus it can help with massive headaches.

There is an acupressure spot on your hand (either one) that sits
in the thick muscle just at the base of your thumb (toward the
side of your index finger). Pinch this spot HARD using the
forefinger and thumb of the other hand. If you hit the spot,
as long as you are pressing this spot, the pain should subside
substantially (but not completely). As soon as you release the
pressure point, the headache can return. I alternate pain meds (
not of any of them in one day) and use the acupressure technique
to help. Also, hate to say this, STOP using your computer for a
while, try sitting in a dark silent room, and roll your head
from side to side (and get a neck massage, be sure to concentrate
on the base of the skull area).

Hope this helps.

16. Are you lying down?
I find turning all the lights off and lying down and having no noise helps.

Hope you feel better soon.
