I hate the Evil One. (Need Sympathy for my Rant)
Edited on Mon Sep-20-04 06:32 PM by IdaBriggs
Really. I * HATE * this man. I hate him more than I hate Saddam and I hate him more than I hate Osama. I find him to be EVIL and I can't believe people who look "sane" really find him credible. I think of myself as a "smart" person, and I get Kerry's position on Iraq, and I get everything he says -- so why do the "talking heads" keep pretending that LIES put out by the Anti-Christ are true?

I want to sue someone. I want to hit someone. I want to SCREAM my frustration at the world, and I want to wake up on November 3, 2004 and find the whole last four years have been nothing but a nightmare. Where is a good old fashioned lightning bolt to set this man's pants on fire like he so justly deserves? Is there not a Just God in Heaven who can unleash his wrath on the Evil One? Or are we all doomed to suffer because of the greed and stupidity of some?

I'm frustrated. I'm working. I'm making the calls, and doing my part. I know its going to get worse before it gets better. I know we are going to be invading Iran soon, and the draft is going to be implemented, and the Evil One is going to do everything he possibly can to stay in Power. I hate him. I really, Really, REALLY * HATE * him.

Edited for HATE NOT HAVE -- DOH!!!

:(

3. I'm with you and I find myself listening far too long
to the news hoping for some better news that will help Kerry win this race. Today, he was strong and forceful in his speech and I felt buoyed by it. But no sooner was he off the air when Bush's surrogates were back to their same old crap of trying to make Kerry look like the horse's ass. I find myself yelling at the tv whenever I hear the prez utter his ignorant stance on everything. I wish he would just go away. He is like a bad dream that never stops nagging the brain.

7. I can't make up my mind whether to turn the news ON or OFF
because I want to know what they are saying so I don't sound like an idiot when it comes to debunking the latest slander, but at the same time, it is so FRUSTRATING when they say the SAME STUPID LIES OVER AND OVER AGAIN!!! I loved Kerry's speech today; he makes me proud of him as a candidate. The Evil One is indeed the Lord of Lies. :(

5. Thank you!
Are the others drinking something? Is it in the water? Are there pills you have to swallow to think he's "a nice guy?" Its like waking up in a "Dawn of the Dead" movie, where everyone around you is a Zombie!!!

2. I can't believe people who look "sane" really find him credible.<<
He is nothing more than a vaudeville showman... a P.T. Barnum, a flim flam man, a revisionist of history and the present, a twister of the facts, desperate, backed in a corner, vile, corrupt, just watch his chin shift from side to side when he sinks one in deep and the catatonic masses drink deep from the pit of wreckless abandon.... yes, you have a right to be scared.... and your fear has erupted into hatred... not good.

Good job on making the calls... keeping your nose to the grindstone... do what you can... but if the majority of this country is too malignant dumb to be awakened from their sleep.... then they deserve just what is coming their way... sorry to say... I hope tomorrow you will have a better day... the end. :)

8. I appreciate the support.
I hope the hate is cured with the election. In my darker moments, I worry that they are going to "do something" to Kerry and Edwards -- reading about the plane crashes, and then the Stanley Hinton 9/11 thing DID NOT HELP!!! The task seems mammoth....:(

12. There is is an invisible force....
we cannot minimize its power... we cannot understand it machinations... ... it exists... and it will do what it does... have no fear... it has guided human history as far back as we can remember... it will do what it does.... that is our only solace in these times... and it is enough... trust in it.... that is all it asks.

4. Come on hit her!!...
Knock her lights out... come on hit Weeza! (From "Steel Magnolias). Because Sally Fields' character is frustrated and angered at her daughter's death, Olympia Dukakis' character tells Sally Fields to hit "Weeza" (bitch spinster played by Shirley MacLaine). Always has me laughing at this scene. But I understand your frustrations and anger. I too feel the same way. It's as if Bible prophecy of the Book of Revelations is coming to light or just right-winged nutcases trying to really bring about the end times. What a world, what a world!

I guess I needed it to put things in perspective! I remember the scene you are talking about, and you are right -- I need to hit Weeza! :)

6. You have my sympathy.
I have wished for some past presidents to be ousted or defeated by their opponents, but when it didn't come to pass, I never felt like the world was going to stop turning as a result. We'd get 'em next time and fix all the bad policy decisions later.

That is not the case anymore. If this goober is not defeated, we may not have a next time. He is WAY over the line with his warmongering, greed and his reckless hack job on civil liberties and industry regulations. Anti-Christ is a fitting handle seeing that he seems upside-down on everything that is good for average America. If all his evil plans come to fruition and if we don't collapse under the weight of his ignorance, we will eventually live in a feudal state.

I hate him and everything he stands for.

9. I didn't hate his father.
I didn't like Reagan either, and sometimes I hate him (when I remember how he let his religion interfere with my infertility research), but this is different. This is gut wrenching HATRED. (Hey, he has UNITED many of us -- AGAINST HIM!!!) :)

11. Exactly.
12 years of Reagan/Bush was bad, but they were reasonably likable people. They were also aware of and accountable to the public. This 'thing' answers to no master, ignores public outcry, lies about things he doesn't even have to lie about (presumably for the sheer pleasure of it) and has the self-righteous intolerable personality of a 15th century Royal.

It's not surprising that there is a groundswell of opposition trying desperately to uninstall his evil, stupid ass.

13. Speaking of uniting, I thought it was terrific when Kerry said
today that this administration has divided the country and united our enemies (paraphrase). That and the part about Cheney thinking the world is flat!

We all feel what you are going through. I feel like running over every Bush/Cheney lawn sign I see. Picture the headline of our local newspaper: "Middle aged woman turfs lawns of Bush Supports while driving mini-van." Hey, a person can dream can't they?

Here's a hug :pals:

14. My feelings exactly

I miss going to sleep every night knowing that there was a good leader in the White House, who was doing good things in domestic and foreign policy, who wouldn't start wars uncessarily, who was focused on moving the world forward and promoting peace at every opportunity

This is the worst President that America has ever had and quite probably the worst leader in the western world for at least the past 40 years
