I just need to know where some affordable apartments might be. What neighborhoods?

Doesn't mean the same thing out here as it does everywhere else!
If you could give me an estimated price range, a little information about yourself (AKA the kind of neighborhood, things you're looking for in the apartment) I can probably tell you the perfect neighborhood. There are a lot of different regions in SD...
Just AIM me..

2. City Heights, East San Diego, North Park, Lemon Grove, |

El Cajon, La Mesa, University Heights for ethnically mixed neighborhoods. if you are African American, Encanto, Webster, Southeast San Diego are good neighborhoods. If you are Hispanic, some parts of Barrio Logan are nice and affordable as is San Ysidro, which is right on the border. Most areas north of I-8 are a bit pricey.
