Wife Denies Husband Sex For 5 Days - He Tried To Have Her Charged
Edited on Fri Sep-17-04 10:30 AM by matcom
<snip>

MADRID (Reuters) - A Spanish man tried to have his wife charged with domestic abuse because she refused to have sex with him on five consecutive days, Spanish newspaper El Sur reported on Friday.

The middle-aged man from Seville -- the city of Don Juan and Carmen -- said her refusals amounted to "degrading treatment" and domestic abuse, a term used more often to describe wife-battering.

The judge shelved the case, Andalusia-based El Sur reported.

for providing a prostitute, in the absence of her performing her marital obligations.

4. Fuu-u-u-u-u-ck . . . . .
I'd be happy with once every two to three weeks.

Of course, I'm married, and for some reason or another, most married women's libidos fly straight off a cliff once you say "I do".

13. To give your kids "Legitimacy"...
Other than that, I can't see any reason to get married.

And if you're not going to have kids, the Federal Government and the Bush mis-administation says there's no reason for you to get married, either, since you won't really be a "Family"....

7. Actually it has been proven that food affects women's hormones.
For instance, their libido goes way down after eating wedding cake.

14. You mean I don't have to have sex with my husband 2-3 times per day?
I'd hope that my husband wouldn't sue me. He acts like I am being really mean to him though if I turn him down.

22. Studies actually show that
the MEN are the ones that refuse sex the most in so-named "Sexless Marriages". I don't get that at all, unless erectile dysfunction is involved. In my experience, it's because she's simply too tired, which is the common case if the woman refuses.

Then again, it may be hormonal.

8. Wow--what a story!
What a bunch of maroons. This idiot could just as easily repair himself to the bathroom and do what comes naturally. If he's in that much need, it's a lot easier than trying to go after his wife, who obviously needs a break. 5 days--sheesh! I'd hate to see him after a month!

it's quite clear why he can't pick up 'a bit on the side' for release-sheesh hasn't he heard of self-pleasuring? he should include himself if he refuses to masterbate.

18. The irony is...
that it was likely he who was lousy in bed.

There's plenty of women out there who'd give it up twice a day if their man showed any damned initiative beyond "So, ya in the mood? (and after barely speaking to her for hours.. make that days on end)". How about a little variety while he's at it? I'm just saying... :D

God..I love you to death SahahBelle but that phrase:
"There's plenty of women out there who'd give it up twice a day"
drives me crazy. (OK..I LET it drive me crazy)
It just sounds so..so..Cold. ..
...Like the woman is saying..Well. I hate Sex but I'll "Give it up"

It's crude, selfish and unsweet and if I had a mate like that I'd say....Don't bother... :)

31. I view the term "give it up" differently
The way I see it, a part of me is given to another person when I share my body sexually. Allowing a man to be inside me body is a gift that I give. It's a very sacred thing.

36. It probably does.
When one gets treated like that long enough, I suppose it becomes a self-fulfilling prophecy at times. I didn't think of it like this when I said it originally, but that's how it felt for a very long time. The next time I'm with a man, perhaps it will feel like he's sharing with me what I can share with him. I'm holding out for something that resembles that anyway.

38. Cold? Yes.
I have no other choice except to be cold at the moment because warmth with my partner has served me no purpose.
Crude, selfish, and unsweet I'm not. In fact, it's been entirely the opposite. Sorry if it came across that way. I'm somewhat bitter at the moment for my lost youth and wasted years over the past 14 years. I'll get over it eventually. No other choice really.

Sometimes more, sometimes less. It all works out in the end. I can't complain at all.

Riiight. Because taking a woman to court and telling the whole world about your sex life, or lack thereof, isn't degrading treatment? Why should she have him inside her body now?

35. Actually, I think I have heard MEN deny their spouses sex more often
My ex was frigid. He has not had a relationship since we divorced in 1989, and no, he is not gay....just weird.
One of those kinds of people who are able to pull off being totally different than they are.
I was lucky to get out, but it cost me a helluva lot.
