Poll question: Favorite Radiohead album
even though OK Computer is the critically hyped one, I have to say The Bends.

1. The Bends
That was where I got to giddily flip the bird to all my radio friends who saw the band that did "Creep" as a one-hit wonder.

2. My vote also goes to the Bends
I thought OK Computer was great, but a little much at times.

As it goes:
The Bends
Ok Computer
Hail to the Thief - A masterpiece, but not their best
Amnesiac - Better than Kid A
Kid A - Worse than Amnesiac...but hey, it's better than...
Pablo Honey - I don't like this one really at all

3. OK Computer
Had it since the first month of release and STILL listen to the entire thing at least once a day.

I like The Bends plenty, Kid A is okay, Amnesiac is lousy, and Hail to the Theif is growing on me like extraterrestrial mushrooms.

4. Amnesiac
OK Computer is great. The Bends and Pablo Honey are fantastic traditional rock records.

But to me, the heart of Radiohead is in the twin albums Amnesiac and Kid A. Where Kid A is distant, cold, and mechanical, Amnesiac finds the warm heart, the single tear that rolls out of the robot's LCD eye. Just listen to "Living in a Glass House" and tell me it's not the most heartbreakingly beautiful song you've ever heard.
