I have a medical question regarding my ribcage. |
|
I’m an amateur bodybuilder who is obsessed with symmetry. When, working on some poses I noticed that my left rib cage (9 through 12) protrudes out more than the right corresponding ribs. Is this normal? I have finally recovered (90%) from 5 years of slipping rib syndrome (Costochondritis) in ribs 1 through 3 on the left side.
Any input from medical professionals would be greatly appreciated.

cartilage scar tissue from your condition. As long as the chostrochondritis is almost gone and there's no pain, nothing to worry about medically.
