I read something on the National Hurricane Center site that I thought was worth at least a small mention.
Tomorrow, all day until sundown, is Yom Kipper, a time when some people of the Jewish faith will not be watching any TV or listening to the radio. Wherever applicable, It might help to alert any Jewish friends and neighbors who may be in it's path about the progress of the storm.
Time is running short and it looks like it's going to strengthen. No sense in having anybody get blindsided.
Thanks fer noticin'

3. I'm pretty sure most people are aware of Jeanne -- and Jewish tradition |

does permit listening to the radio/watching TV on the holiday if doing so will help preserve life. But that's a good idea nonetheless -- if you're in Florida, please check on your neighbors (Jewish people, shut-ins, those with disabilities, etc.).
