Kill Bill II--is it worth the money to buy it? |
|
I LOVED KB1, and want to see KB2 (don't tell me any spoilers--I want to buy it today and watch it tonight).
So is it worth the 15 bucks it will cost me to buy it?

2. Personally, I liked Pt. 1 better |
|
But Part II does complete the story line (more or less).

Has less action but alot more provactive and deep than the first one. To me worth buying it just for the scene with Budd and his boss. I'll say no more as to not give anything away.

5. I liked it better than KB1! |
|
It's definitely worth the money! I was amazed at how much I liked both of these movies, because I usually hate violent action movies (my niece wanted to see them so we rented KB1 and saw KB2 on the big screen).

if for no other reason than to have the conclusion.
Tarantino REALLY puts an ecclectic piece together with elements from old Kung-fu theater, spaghetti westerns, and good action themes.
It's not like the first, but it's good

I was surprised by how much I enjoyed both films. Especially if you have the first, I'd say get the second.

11. Yes. I would definitely watch both movies again |
|
I thought both parts were great. Most of the Quentin Tarantino movies make me sit there with my mouth hanging open and my eyes really wide, not able to take my eyes off the screen. I am just transfixed by them. I felt the same with this one, thinking like, "Wow this is amazing, what's going to happen next?" I have both soundtracks too and they are good.

A little too much introspection and tugging of heart-strings for me. But the segment where she is learning her craft is great!

19. I took your advice...bought it yesterday. |
|
All I have to say is AWESOME! What a great movie. Thanks, everyone, for advising me to buy it...I also bought KB1--could watch both over and over.
It is hard to say which I liked best, since the volumes were so different. The second volume answered all the questions left by the first.
I feel that my money was well-spent. Thanks again!

Get the movie and the soundtrack. It has a bit less action, but lots more story, than part I. Enjoy.

There. A non-spoiling spoiler. Oh, BTW, in "The Crying Game", that was a GUY.
Now, on to Kill Bill volume 2.
